1. Who we are

Demo HVAC LLC is a licensed home-services contractor operating in Florida. Our state license is CAC CAC1819456 and we are bonded and insured. License status can be verified at myfloridalicense.com. Our principal place of business is 1234 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024.

2. The site is informational, not a binding offer

Pricing, availability, response times, service descriptions, and guarantees shown on the site are good-faith estimates. They do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement to perform work arises only after we provide a written quote that you accept and we both agree on scope, price, and schedule.

Submitting the lead form does not create a contractor-customer relationship. It is a request for us to contact you to discuss service.

3. Calls and SMS (TCPA / FTSA)

When you submit the lead form with the consent disclosure visible near the submit button, you consent to be contacted at the phone number you provide by phone, autodialed or prerecorded calls, and SMS text messages about your service request and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling (954) 555-0100. We honor opt-outs across channels and keep a record of each consent and opt-out for at least four years to comply with the federal TCPA (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (F.S. 501.059).

4. Estimates, pricing, and warranties

Service prices, ranges, and packages on the site are representative and may change without notice. Any quote we provide for a specific job will state its own validity period (typically 30 days). Promotional offers (for example, “deals” shown on the homepage) are subject to the conditions stated on the offer card and to capacity, geography, and equipment availability.

Workmanship and parts warranties are described in the work order you receive at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment pass through to you. Guarantee statements shown on this site (for example, “100% satisfaction or we come back free”) are subject to the conditions documented in your work order and apply only to work we performed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit the lead form with information that is not yours or using a number or zip code you are not authorized to use.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish content from this site.
• Attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, defeat security controls, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or send unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photographs, logos, graphics, and the underlying software — is owned by Demo HVAC LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the site are real statements from real customers. Where a review is from someone with a material connection to us (employee, family member, or someone who received free or discounted service in exchange for a review), the disclosure is shown alongside the review per Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (financing partners, maps, review platforms). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demo HVAC LLC disclaims all warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. The site may be unavailable from time to time; we target reasonable availability but do not guarantee uptime.

Service warranties for completed work are governed by the written work order you receive, not by this site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Demo HVAC LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud).

Limitation of liability for completed service work is governed by the work order, not by this site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Demo HVAC LLCand its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your misuse of the site, (b) information you submit that is not yours or that infringes someone else’s rights, or (c) your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the site after that date is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
